Terms and Conditions
1. Cruise Timings:
General Cruise Timing starts from 12:00 Noon and ends at 9:00 AM next day. For premium package it’s from 12:00 Noon to 10:00 AM. Day Cruise starts from 11:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. Boat will be anchored near the river shore from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM as per Government safety instructions. One Hour Stopping for Guests and Staff Lunch
Important Note: We are not able to compensate on the timing if Guest comes late. We request our guest to plan your trip to reach us accordingly. Early arrival and accommodations of guest would not be possible as we need preparation time to make the houseboat best for you.
2. AC Timing:
For Deluxe Cruise, AC will be provided from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. For Premium Cruise, AC will be provided any time as requested by Guest in Rooms.
3. Details on Guest Accommodation:
Number of Guest included in packages are as follows.
* Deluxe/Premium Single bed room package includes 2 Adults. Maximum Extra guests can be accommodated is 1 Guest with a charges of INR 1,000.
* Deluxe/Premium Double bed room package includes 4 Adults. Maximum Extra guests can be accommodated is 2 Guest with a charges of INR 1,000 per extra Guest.
* Booking by Guests who wish to have 2 bedrooms with only 2 guest will also considered as Double bedroom packages.
Note: Sleeping outside rooms (sitting area) are not permitted after 10:00 PM
4. Children of aged 5 years and above are considered as 1 Guest.
5. Food:
Food includes Welcome drinks, Lunch -with Kerala meals, Fish Fry (for Non-Vegetarian Guest) / Vegetarian Special (for Vegetarian Guest), Tea with snacks, Dinner – with Chapatti or Rice (Guest choice), Chicken Curry (for Non-Vegetarian Guest) / Vegetarian Special (for Vegetarian Guest), and Breakfast (Continental or Indian). Vegetarian curries are subjected to availability. River fishes and other commodities as Guest requirements (other than menu) should be paid by Guest for the price of the commodities. Our Crew will cook them for free of cost with limitation.
6. Cancellation Policies:
– 0% Cancellation fee for cancellations done up to 30 days prior to Check-in date.
– 50% Cancellation fee on Advance amount for cancellations done on or before 7 days to 30 days to Check-in date.
– 100% Cancellation fee on Advance amount for cancellations done on or before 0 days to 7 days to Check-in date.
7. Personal Data Sharing and Handling:
All the Personal data share by our guests are safe and secure with us, It’s our guarantee that none of your personal data will be shared or misused by any of our representative. Remember, by sharing your email ID or mobile number you are authorizing us in using them in getting you in touch on concerns regarding pre/ post check in via email, text/whatsapp or by phone call.
8. Address Proof Requirements:
As per the government instructions, Requesting all our Guest to provide the following on your check in:
For Foreigners: Copy of Passport ( First and last page) , Copy of Visa.
Foreigners are requested to fill a form online before the check in. A link will be shared to you after the booking confirmation. This is mandatory as this needs to be furnished to the Government immediately after your check in.
For Indians: Any one Copy of address proof – Aadhar (Both sides), Voters ID (Both sides), Driving Licence (Both sides).
None of the above information will be shared to any of the company staff or Third-party associates other that the Government Authorities like FRRO officer, Police or such.
9. Alcohol consumption and Smoking.
Alcohol consumption and Smoking are allowed, but we need our guest to be decent with us, our on broad Crew and people at surrounding especially in late nights (After 10:00 PM). Smoking not allowed inside the rooms. Any act making the houseboat untidy (vomiting, slight fire or black marks due to cigarette, or such activities) will be charged from guest for cleaning.
10. Activities and Celebrations.
Any Activities like songs, dance and celebrations after 10:00 PM is not allowed as boat is stopped in the night on the river shore where villages live around. This is for your own safety to avoid any unnecessary issues.
11. Damage Caused
Any Damage made on board will be charged from the guest accordingly.
